Our multi lock UPVC door failed on a Sunday morning. We initially called another company who assessed the situation and was unable to help. I thankfully came across Shawn’s details online who arrived quickly and managed to fix our door without any damage! He was professional, friendly and went above and beyond what was required of an emergency call out. Unlike most other companies, he didn’t charge a call out fee either! I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Shawn again or recommend him to others! Thank you so much!

Shawn was very quick to reply to my email and came the very next day to replace my front door Chubb lock. He actually came on a Sunday like it was a normal working day.  I did think I needed a new window lock but on examination it had started to work. He could’ve quite easily said I needed a new one and I would’ve been none the wiser. Quote very  competitive. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again but hopefully I won’t need his services.
